RAV-STAFF
This staff is inspired by a shaman's staff or walking stick. It is not uncommon to channel the powers and protections of an animal with its skull. Ravens are traditionally a very good and powerful sign. They are good luck, protection totems, and messengers of wealth. The power symbols of the Raven and the Crow can be used to counteract bad signs and omens, or to fight against bad signs or spirits. Traditionally prayer and dance ceremonies of the Raven or Crow are made to make warrior medicine and provide powerful protection from the dangers of war. There are also ceremonies of the Raven and Crow that are used for power in hunting and healing.
It has a hand painted porcelain raven skull (4 inches long by 2 inches wide by 1.75 inches tall ) on the top of a 5 foot wooden staff. It has a rubber tip on the bottom for secure walking. The top 17 inches of the staff are wrapped in a soft goat leather to give a comfortable grip. Two faux raven feathers and two strips of rabbit fur are attached at the top lending more power to the staff. It is also adorned with two strands of beads consisting of carved bone skulls, turquoise chips (stabiized or dyed), and porcelain 'bone' spike beads. There is a battery powered light on the top of the staff that will illuminate the skull which is great for nightime strolls or parties. The batteries are replaceable.
